-How do I register my company on Job.is?
To register your company on Job.is you click on “New registration” and type in the required information. When registering you fill out certain fields which ensure that correct and adequate information appears when individuals read your job advertisement and apply for advertised jobs. Then you have finished registering you can always change and/or improve the information by clicking on “Settings”. A part of the information that you provide when registering and/or under settings automatically appear with the advertisement you post on Job.is.
After your company is registered on Job.is you can, among other things, post job advertisements, review previous advertisement and buy access to Job-Pro.
- How do I post a job advertisement?
To post a job advertisement you first need to register you company in the Job.is database, see the answer above. If your company is already registered on Job.is, you simply click here and type in your username and password.
After registering you can easily post a new job advertisement in only a few steps under “Advertisement” and “New advertisement”. When you have posted your advertisement and Job.is has approved it, it appears online. Applicants can see it and apply for the job. Those individuals who have registered for the Job-Watch and if the job matches their field of interest automatically receive an e-mail from Job.is with a tip about the job. We remind you of the help texts to the right of almost every action on Job.is.

Job-Pro is a service that facilitates management of applications, applicants and advertised jobs on Job.is. The service enables you to manage the application process in an easy and efficient way. You can categorize applications and applicants according to important criteria which facilitates the process and the choosing of applicants. You save your company time and money with Job-Pro.
Instead of getting all applications sent uncategorized via e-mail directly to your company, Job-Pro offers various possibilities to categorize applications and standardise answers to inquiries and applications. Job-Pro is a sort of personnel manager which makes a hiring process easier which often can be both time consuming and expensive.
A subscription to Job-Pro can be monthly or yearly. The service includes:

You can easily change the information or add to it under "Settings". On the customized page all the advertized jobs also appear that your company has to offer. Thus individuals can simply look up your company at Job.is to see which jobs are available at any given time.

Every registered company on Job.is is given its own company section which contains endless possibilities for various actions. After registering it is easy to change the information or add new information under “Settings”. In only a few steps, you can post a job advertisement which appears on Job.is as soon as we have approved it. In the company section you can see an overview of currently posted advertisements as well as previously posted advertisements. You can also see an overview of bills and payments.
